Go to the MOH downloads page
Log in with your user name
You should see a list of your specific files - if you entered the incorrect user name it will tell you there are no files to display.
Download your music package
Play the music package on your PC or Mac
Now plug the supplied audio cable into your headphone socket and the ‘Record’ socket on the front of the playback device
Start the recording (by pushing the ‘Record’ button on the device) at the same time as you start the playback on your computer
Stop the recording on the playback device (by pushing the ‘Record’ button again) as the music package ends - you should see a progress bar on the media player you are using, or stop as you hear it ending.
Your newly updated music package is now ready to be plugged back into the PABX
Do listen to it at least once to ensure the quality is acceptable and that it is in fact the correct one for your organisation :-)
